Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar Fees

• $250 (50-min).
• $350 (90-min).
• $250/hr for additional services of 15 minutes or greater (i.e., liaison, correspondence, report writing).

Registered Psychologist

• $240 (50-min).
• $340 (90-min).
• $244.22 NDIS (50-min).
• $240/hr for additional services 15 minutes or greater (i.e., liaison, correspondence, report writing).
• Current Medicare rebate with a GP Referred Mental Health care plan (MHCP) is $96.65
• Private Health Fund rebates may apply

Late Arrivals:

• With clients arriving late for their session, unfortunately the session time cannot be extended due calendar scheduling restrictions. Same fees apply.

Cancellations:

• For late notice cancellation of less than 24 hours notice, a 25% fee applies; 12 hours notice, a 50% fee, and for very late notice cancellation of less than 4 hours notice, a full 100% fee applies.

The below fees are an indication of pricing which may vary depending on type, complexity and/or duration. All assessments include a diagnostic report. Paediatrician Fees are additional.

• $1100 cognitive assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar.
• $1800 psychological ADHD assessment by a Registered Psychologist.
• $2100 psychological ADHD assessment by a Clinical Psychologist and a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar.
• $2100 IDD assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar.
• $2700 ADHD & SLD full assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar in collaboration with a Speech Pathologist.
• $2200 SLD full assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar in collaboration with a Speech Pathologist.
• $2000 SLD literacy (reading & writing) assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar in collaboration with a Speech Pathologist.
• $1800 SLD Math assessment by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar.
• $3500 multidisciplinary speech pathology & psychology ASD Assessment includes ADHD screening & school visit as required.
• $1800 FAC assessment by an Occupational Therapist.
• FASD pricing on enquiry completed by a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar.
• $260 per hour – Clinical Psychologist partial assessment administration.
• $250 per hour – Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar partial assessment administration.
• $240 per hour – Registered Psychologist partial assessment administration.
• $200 per hour – Speech Pathologist partial assessment administration.

Rebates:

• ASD Medicare Rebates may apply under the Helping Children with Autism (HCWA) package when a paediatrician refers a child under 13 years old, using item code 135. These rebates are only applicable for assessments completed directly with the individual. They do not apply to GP referrals.

• Check with your Private Health provider regarding rebates.

Cancellations:

• For late notice cancellation of less than 12 hours notice, a 25% fee applies.
