Dr Farhat Hussain is a Neonatal and General Paediatrician specialising in perinatal medicine and developmental paediatrics.
With over 20 years of experience across neonatal, perinatal, general, and developmental paediatrics he is now also practising in private care. Dr Hussain is a very caring paediatrician. He heads the neonatal unit at St John of God Murdoch and works out of room from this location. Dr. Hussain provides expert care across a child’s lifespan from the intensive management of unwell newborns to presenting developmental conditions across childhood and adolescence.
Please note: Dr. Hussain is part of the multidisciplinary assessment team and does not offer individual services at Millstream Paediatrics.
Sandy Day is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in neurodevelopmental assessment including autism and intellectual disability. Sandy holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis.
Sandy is passionate about taking assessment services to regional and remote areas across Western Australia, her childhood home grounds. Sandy’s books are currently closed to new therapy referrals.
Sandy is a board approved supervisor.
Dr Min Heo is a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar specialising in assessment of general cognition, memory, learning difficulties (Specific Learning Disorder), ADHD, autism and Foetal Alcohol Syndrom Disorder (FASD) at Millstream Paediatrics.
Min is a dedicated and client-centred psychologist who through her postgraduate training in Clinical Neuropsychology, has developed a deep understanding of the link between the brain and behaviour.
Min is passionate about conducting assessments with individuals from different walks of life and across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and their families, individuals who are culturally and/or linguistically diverse, as well as individuals who are neurodiverse.
Brittany Reynolds is a Registered Psychologist providing neurodevelopment assessment services.
Brittany is a registered psychologist with a passion for working with children and teenagers, including conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges. She is experienced in ADHD, cognitive, achievement, and autism assessments, which allows her to provide clear insights and targeted recommendations to support each child’s development and success. She believes that comprehensive assessments are pivotal in accessing the right supports to help children and families thrive.
Alex Brown is a Registered Psychologist providing neurodevelopment assessment services.
Alex brings a decade of experience having worked in varying clinical roles across disability, behaviour support, education, and community mental health sectors. Alex has a strong passion for helping neurodivergent individuals and continue to be reminded how unique everyone’s experience is.
Alex is an experienced diagnostician in neurodevelopmental assessment.
When Alex is not being a psychologist, he enjoys kayaking, playing long and complicated board games, and walking my dog, Charli Brown.
Taylor Adie is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who has a passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families.
Taylor is committed to understanding the strengths and challenges of the clients she works with to help each individual live a healthy and meaningful life.
In her downtime, Taylor enjoys art and spending time outdoors.
Teagan Bennett is a paediatric Speech Pathologist who adopts a person and family centred functional approach. She specialises in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessment as well as other assessments.
Teagan holds a wealth of experience in working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. She specialises in autism assessment as well as positive behaviour support planning and implementation.
At Millstream Paediatrics, Teagan is an autism spectrum assessor and works as part of the Millstream Paediatrics multidisciplinary assessment team.
Alex Enright is a Speech Pathologist specialising in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and general speech and language assessment at Millstream Paediatrics.
Alex is a skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist with extensive experience working across government, not-for-profit and private practice settings.
Wendy Marshall is a Speech Pathologist and ASD diagnostician completing multidisciplinary ASD assessments at Millstream Paediatrics.
Wendy has a wealth of paediatric experience across the private and public sectors and at Millstream Paediatrics, administers collaborative autism assessments with psychologists to support children and families with understanding of their child’s presentation.
Catherine Leong is a highly skilled and experienced speech pathologist holding 9 years of experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of communication disorders in children and adults.
Catherine is passionate about assessment and fostering inclusive and supportive communication environments.
At Millstream Paediatrics, Catherine is an autism spectrum assessor and works as part of a multidisciplinary assessment team.
Su Ann is a skilled senior speech speech pathologist holding 16 years of experience in clinical lead positions and in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Su Ann is passionate about providing a supportive and neuro-affirming diagnostic journey for families.
Su Ann holds a graduate certificate in autism studies from UWA. She is highly skilled in autism assessment and diagnosis and at Millstream Paediatrics, Su Ann is an autism spectrum assessor and works as part of a multidisciplinary assessment team.
Shalom Ruggiero is an Occupational Therapist who graduated in 2013.
Shalom is a passionate and playful occupational therapist who loves working with children to develop their social and emotional skills. She works as part of our multidisciplinary team for enhanced outcomes. Shalom tailors goals and strategies unique to each child and family situation. Shalom holds a special interest in DIR-Floortime, an approach used to deepen the meaning and value children place on the relationships around them with parents, siblings and peers.
Shalom works Mondays in-clinic at Millstream Paediatrics.
