Clinical Psychologist Fees

• $280 50-min appointment
• $380 90-min appointment
• NDIS $232.99 with a shortfall of $47 applicable.
• Medicare rebates with a GP Referred Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is $145.25.
• Private Health Fund rebates may apply and check with your fund.

Registered Psychologist Fees

• $220 50-min appointment
• $320 90-min appointment
• NDIS $232.99 with a shortfall of $12 applicable.
• Medicare rebates with a GP Referred Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) is $98.95.
• Private Health Fund rebates may apply and check with your fund.

Provisional Psychologist Fees

• $180 50-min appointment
• $250 90-min appointment
• NDIS $186.39 which is 80 percent of the standard rate ($232.99).
• Provisional Psychologist appointments are not rebated by Medicare.
• Private Health Fund rebates may apply and check with your fund.

Therapy Cancellations

• 25% fee applies for cancellation of less than 24 hours notice.
• 50% fee applies for cancellation of less than 12 hours notice.

Therapy Late Arrivals

With clients arriving late for their session, unfortunately the session time cannot be extended due calendar scheduling restrictions. Same fees apply.

Private:

• Individual*:
  • $130 (30-min)
  • $195 (50-min)
  • $195/ hr administration, reporting, documentation.

• Groups:
  • $195 (50-min) divided by number of participants + admin & preparation time.

GP Referral & Rebates: Chronic Disease Management Plan  (up to 5 rebates of $60.35 within a 12 month period).

• 10958: OT In-Person Consultation.
• If the medical condition is Chronic and/or Terminal the GP may issue a GP Management Plan (GPMP). This entitles the patient to ongoing care by an allied health team (e.g., OT/Physio/Psych etc).
• For complex conditions or those in aged care, the GP may arrange a Team Care Arrangement (TCA) with a team of health professionals.

Clients pay at the time of the consultation and Medicare rebates of $60.35 can be processed at payment.
