Dr Farhat Hussain is a highly experienced Neonatal and General Paediatrician specialising in perinatal medicine and developmental paediatrics.
With over 20 years of experience across neonatal, perinatal, general, and developmental paediatrics he is now also practising in private care. He is passionate about supporting children and their families in developmental care. Currently practising from St John of God Murdoch, Dr. Hussain provides expert care across a child’s lifespan from the intensive management of unwell newborns to presenting developmental conditions across childhood and adolescence. Dr Hussain adopts a holistic approach addressing all aspects of care including parenting and lifestyle factors in enhancing a child’s development.

Sandra ‘Sandy’ Day is a Clinical Psychologist specialising in neurodevelopmental assessment and also provides therapy and board approved supervision.
Sandy specialises in comprehensive and complex neurodevelopmental psychological assessment. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis from UWA.
In treatment, Sandra engages techniques and approaches of Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. She creates a warm, confidential and compassionate therapeutic environment to openly explore difficulties, work through defenses and unhelpful coping strategies to develop new insights and progressively integrate helpful coping strategies to reach therapy goals.
Wendy Marshall is a highly experienced Speech Pathologist and ASD diagnostician completing multidisciplinary ASD assessments at Millstream Paediatrics.
Wendy has a wealth of paediatric experience in speech intervention and assessment. She has a strong background in providing specialised speech therapy and comprehensive assessments for children, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). With extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, she has developed expertise in the delivery of evidence-based assessments.
In addition to her clinical work, Wendy regularly supervises and mentors other speech pathologists.
Dr Min Heo is a Clinical Neuropsychology Registrar specialising in assessment of general cognition, memory, learning difficulties (Specific Learning Disorder), ADHD and Foetal Alcohol Syndrom Disorder (FASD) at Millstream Paediatrics.
Min is a dedicated and client-centred psychologist who through her postgraduate training in Clinical Neuropsychology, has developed a deep understanding of the link between the brain and behaviour.
Min has cultivated extensive experience undertaking assessments for a variety of queries, such as general cognition, memory, learning difficulties, ADHD and FASD. She is passionate about conducting assessments with individuals from different walks of life and across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and their families, individuals who are culturally and/or linguistically diverse, as well as individuals who are neurodiverse.
Alex Enright is a Speech Pathologist specialising in autism and speech & language assessment at Millstream Paediatrics.
Alex is a skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist with extensive experience working across government, not-for-profit and private practice settings.
Alex is a speech and language assessor for children at Millstream Paediatrics. She completes collaborative Speech Pathology Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments and speech and language assessments.
Brittany Reynolds is a Registered Psychologist providing neurodevelopment assessment services.
Brittany is a registered psychologist with a passion for working with children and teenagers, including conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each child’s unique strengths and challenges. She is experienced in ADHD, cognitive, achievement, and autism assessments, which allows her to provide clear insights and targeted recommendations to support each child’s development and success. She believes that well-rounded assessments can be pivotal in creating effective, individualised support for children and helping them thrive in all areas of their lives.
Brittany is trained in cognitive-behavioural therapy, schema therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR and play therapy.
Elaine Schneiker is a experienced Speech Pathologist completing multidisciplinary ASD Assessments and speech and language assessments at Millstream Paediatrics.
Elaine is an experienced Speech Pathologist with over 15 years of industry-related experience across the private and public sectors, as well as in research. She has a special interest in autism and assessment and is passionate about evidence-based practice and research. She is an ASD Speech Pathologist assessor, Hanen practitioner, trained Sounds-Write instructor, Lidcombe Intervention practitioner, Linguistic Analysis of Conversation Specialist, and published author and conference presenter, aka speech pathologist superstar.
Jessica ‘Jess’ Lowden holds a wealth of experience as an Occupational Therapist and formerly as an Education Assistant (EA).
Jess is a passionate occupational therapist who loves working with children to develop their social and emotional skills, as well as fine and gross motor and everday living skills. She is DIR/Floortime trained and uses these principals and targeted techniques to motivate children to develop meaningful relationships with others around them. Jess specialises in incontinence and works with a team at continence hub. Jess is very experienced and has worked across diverse health service sectors including the public, not for profit and private sectors. She recently realised her own dream of establishing her own occupational therapy business called PlayfulPath Occupational Therapy. Jess is finalising her accreditation early in 2025 to provide remediation to children in evidenced and targeted intervention for literacy. Millstream Paediatrics is delighted to have Jess join their clinician family.
